Sponsors play a crucial role in the success of these programs. Beyond financial contributions, sponsors often engage in correspondence with the children, sending letters, photographs, and sometimes even visiting them. This interaction provides emotional support and builds a bridge of understanding and empathy between different cultures and backgrounds.
